ServiceRepair quotes workflow

Repair quotes for damaged electrical signs.

When a sign is hit, storm-damaged or burned out, the workflow turns the service call into a quote the property manager can approve: what failed, what it takes to fix, parts priced from your vendors, labor at your rates, and the photos to back it up.

For service and repair work · alongside the five bid-to-build workflows

We set the workflow up on your past service calls and train your team to run it. It's setup and training, not a subscription.

Fast, consistent quotes for service calls

Repair calls come in with a few photos and a deadline. The workflow gives every one the same thorough scope, priced from your own numbers, so nothing is left off the quote or the truck.

How it runs

Five steps, the same on every call

  1. Read the call

The workflow reads the work order and the photos, and identifies the sign type, how it's lit and what's visibly damaged: faces, returns, cabinet, pole, electrical.

  2. Scope the repair

It lists what has to be replaced or made safe, the parts and materials, the crew and hours, and whether a lift, bucket truck or crane is needed.

  3. Price it from your numbers

Parts come from your vendors' pricing, labor from your shop wages and the time each task takes your crew, so the quote matches what the repair will cost you.

  4. Give the options

Where it makes sense, the quote shows repair, an LED retrofit or a full replacement side by side, so the property manager can choose.

  5. Close it out

After the work, the same scope becomes the completion report, with before and after photos for the property manager and the insurer.

Your team runs it

Your service manager checks the diagnosis and the scope and sends the quote; your tech takes the same scope to the site.
