How it works

From a free sample to your own workflows

You see the output on your own project before you spend anything. If it fits, we set the workflows up on your past jobs and train your team to run them. You pay a flat fee per workflow, not a monthly subscription.

Five steps

What happens, in order

  1. Send a project

A plan set, a client mockup or a past job. Tell us which deliverables you want.

  2. We build your sample

We run it through the same workflows we set up for shops. A person checks it before it goes out.

  3. Walkthrough

45 minutes: what the workflow did, what a person checked and what setup would take.

  4. Setup on your jobs

Your sign types, pricing and title block, tested against work you've already done.

  5. Your team runs it

We train your estimators, designers and PMs, and stay on call for the first live jobs.

How pricing works

A flat fee per workflow, setup included

You know the price before we start. Setup time is built in, and anything beyond it is your call.

01

A flat fee per workflow

Each workflow is a flat fee, agreed before we start. It includes a set number of setup hours: we build the workflow on your past jobs, set it to your sign types, pricing and title block, and train your team to run it.

02

Consulting, only if you want more

Once a workflow is running, anything set up more specifically for your company, such as new sign families, your own report formats or a connection to the systems you already use, is consulting, billed for the time it takes. You only pay for it if you ask for it.

03

No monthly subscription

There's no monthly fee to us. We build it, train your team and hand it over, and your team runs it on every job after.

Everything in one place

One workflow instead of a stack of apps

Most sign shops run a job through half a dozen separate tools and re-key the same numbers into each one. These steps fold into a custom workflow built for your shop, with everything in one place and nothing typed twice.

Questions

About setup and pricing

What does it cost?

Each workflow is a flat fee that includes a set number of setup hours. We quote it after the walkthrough, once we've seen your jobs. Consulting for anything more specific to your company is billed separately, only if you want it.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. It's setup and training, not a monthly subscription. We build the workflow, train your team and hand it over.

What's included in the setup?

The workflow built on your past jobs and set to your sign types, pricing and title block, tested against work you've already done, and training for your estimators, designers and PMs. We stay on call for the first live jobs.

What if we want something more specific to our shop later?

That's consulting: new sign families, your own report formats or a connection to the systems you already use, billed for the time it takes.

Do we have to start with all five workflows?

No. Start with the one that eats the most hours in your shop, and add others when you're ready.
