Questions

About the free sample

Is it really free?

Yes. We make one sample per shop at no cost, so you can judge the output on your own work.

What makes a good sample project?

A job your team knows well: a plan set you've bid, a client mockup you've drawn, or a past job you can compare against. Tell us what takes your team the longest and we'll aim the sample there.

How big can the project be?

Send it whole. Files can be up to 500 MB each, 20 files at a time, or paste a Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer link. On big projects we sample one floor or one sign type.

Who sees my files?

Only the people making your sample. Files are stored encrypted and deleted 90 days after the walkthrough unless you ask us to keep them. We don't show your project anywhere without your written OK.

What happens on the walkthrough?

45 minutes with your team: what the workflow did, what a person checked, and what setup and training would look like for your shop. It's a setup and training project, not a monthly subscription.
