Nests, parts and bend marks, from the approved drawings.
From the approved shop set, the workflow nested every steel part on 48" × 96" sheets, wrote one DXF per part, marked all 17 return strips with bends, rolls and weeps, and counted every bulb, socket and splice for the parts order.
Real sample · Marquee letters · production files · contacts and site details removed
We set the workflow up on your past jobs and train your team to run it. Your team runs it on every job after; it's setup and training, not a subscription.

What came in, and what the workflow made
- The approved shop drawings, SH-1 to SH-6 (sample 04)
- The sheet stock: 16 ga and 18 ga steel, 48" × 96"
- The parts chosen for the build: sockets, bulbs, connectors, cord
- Steel nests on 4 sheets, with a parts list per letter
- One DXF per part: faces, backs, 77 clips, 9 ground tabs
- 17 return strips with bend lines, roll zones, the face line and weeps
- A parts takeoff with part numbers, quantities and spares
Your shop lead checks the nests, sends the DXFs to the laser or plasma, and orders from the parts list.
Every sheet in the sample
All 3 production sheets from the marquee letter build. Vendor prices on the parts takeoff are masked. The DXF cut files and full-size bend templates that go with these sheets are not part of this sample.
Files the machines run
The workflow turns approved shop drawings into working files: nests on the stock you buy, one file per part, a bend mark for every return and a parts list the shop counts from.
